Run Fast Racing, LLC ("Run Fast Racing," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you interact with our mobile application (the "App"), our website (the "Site"), and other online services that link to this policy. The App and any content, tools, features, and/or functionality offered on or through the App are collectively referred to as the "Services." This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect and process in connection with your use of the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through the Services. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Use ("Terms"). In the event of any inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and the Terms regarding definitions or interpretation, the Terms will control.
1. Information You Provide to Run Fast Racing
When you interact with us by using the Services or contacting support, we collect personal information that you provide directly. This includes information submitted during account registration and the membership application process, such as your name, email address, date of birth, phone number, social media profiles (such as Instagram and LinkedIn), referral source, and such other information as we may require. Your phone number will be used for multi-factor authentication purposes and may also be used to send you transactional or service-related communications. You may also upload a profile photo to your account; such photo will be visible only to you and will not be displayed to other users. We collect banking or payment information needed to process transactions through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). We may also collect other personal data you submit, including information provided when you upload content, request customer support, participate in marketing promotions, or submit friend referral information. If you submit information about friends or other individuals through the Services, including their name, email address, and date of birth, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of each such individual to share their information with Run Fast Racing and that your submission complies with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services
In addition to the information you provide directly, we also collect certain data automatically when you interact with the Services. This includes technical, usage, and device-related information that helps us operate, secure, and improve our platform.
3. Log Files
When you use our Services, we may automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses.
4. Usage Data
We may collect Usage Data when you interact with the Services. Usage Data includes information such as technical logs, performance metrics, device identifiers, system events, and metadata associated with your interactions, including how often certain features are used, when specific actions are triggered, and what parts of the Services you engage with most. Run Fast Racing owns all rights, title, and interest in and to Usage Data. We may use third-party service providers to help collect and analyze Usage Data, but we only share it in a de-identified form that does not reveal Your Content. We use this data to support analytics, improve system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Services.

We and our third-party partners may collect personal information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. We may also collect information through other methods, such as online conferences, events, or contests.
6. Location and Device Information
When you use the Services via a mobile device, we may collect and process information about your device and real-time location, including GPS coordinates, device type, mobile operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and diagnostic data. We may also generate and collect data associated with QR codes issued to you through the Services for purposes of event access and check-in. We may use this information to verify your presence at racing events, enable location-based features, enhance security, and improve app functionality. You can disable location access through your device settings, but this may limit certain functionalities of the Services, including event check-in and location-based verification features.
7. Sensitive Data Processing
The Services may process data that is considered sensitive under applicable data protection laws, such as precise geolocation data. By using the Services and enabling location permissions on your device, you expressly consent to our collection, use, and processing of such sensitive data as described in this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that processing of geolocation data may be necessary to provide certain features of the Services, including verification of your presence at racing events. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and closing your account, though this will not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal. 8. To Provide the Services
We use your account information and Your Content to provide the products and services to you. For example, we use the information you provide during registration and the membership application process to create and administer your account. We may also use this information to authenticate you when you use the Services, verify your eligibility for membership, facilitate event access and check-in, deliver exclusive content and updates, and provide customer support. In connection with events accessed through the Services, we may collect and use your name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance as captured through photographs, film, recordings, or other media at such events, for marketing, promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes as further described in the Terms.
9. Marketing and Promotional Use
We may use information you provide through the Services, including user-submitted content such as photos, testimonials, comments, or other materials, for marketing, promotional, and business purposes, including on our website, social media channels, and in advertising materials. Any license you grant with respect to user-submitted content is governed by the Terms of Use. You may revoke the license granted with respect to your user-submitted content at any time by contacting us at team@runfastracing.com; provided, however, that such revocation shall not affect any use of your content that occurred prior to the effective date of revocation.
10. To Improve and Develop Our Product and Services
We use Usage Data to understand how users interact with the Services and to guide product development. This includes identifying popular features, assessing user behavior trends, and evaluating potential new features or integrations. We may also analyze aggregated data across our user base to understand overall usage patterns. When shared externally, this statistical information does not identify individual users.
11. To Secure and Protect our Users
We use your information to help prevent security incidents, verify accounts, process product sign-ups, and detect misuse of the Services. Log files may also be used to generate general usage statistics, improve navigation, and support compliance with analytics, export control, and regulatory requirements. We collect and log IP addresses to monitor access patterns, investigate security events, and troubleshoot issues. Where appropriate, we may link this automatically collected data to other personal information you provide.
12. To Communicate with Our Users
We use your account information to communicate with you, which could include providing you with updates and other information relating to our Services and membership benefits, providing information that you request, and responding to comments, questions, and requests. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails or text messages from Run Fast Racing by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails or text messages. If you opt out, we may still send you transactional or relationship messages, such as emails about your account or updates to our Services. With your permission, we may send you push notifications, SMS messages, or in-app messages related to your account activity, event updates, or promotional content. You can manage these communications through your device settings, in-app notification preferences, or as described in the applicable message. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting Run Fast Racing support through the App or adjusting your device notification preferences. Transactional messages may still be sent to ensure proper service delivery.
13. To Monitor and Improve the Services
We may also use Usage Data and interaction data to monitor and improve the functionality and performance of the Services. This includes analyzing usage patterns, error reports, system performance metrics, and user engagement in order to support troubleshooting, service optimization, and continuous improvement of the Services.
14. Service Providers
We may share Personal Data with our third-party service providers to support our Services. For example, we may use service providers for data hosting, payment processing, application development, analytics, and customer support. We may need to share your information with service providers to provide the Services to you. These service providers are prohibited from using your Personal Data except for the purposes for which it was shared, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. We use Stripe to provide payment processing services. By submitting payment information through the Services, you agree to be bound by Stripe's service agreements, as updated from time to time, and your information may be shared with Stripe as necessary to facilitate payments and operate the Services. Stripe may collect and process personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for Stripe's handling of your information. Notwithstanding contractual protections with our service providers, you acknowledge that transmitting your data to third-party services involves inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute control over data once transmitted to such third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Run Fast Racing is not responsible for any unauthorized use, disclosure, or processing of your data by third-party providers that occurs in violation of our contractual agreements with such providers.
15. Compelled Disclosure
We reserve the right to use or disclose your Personal Data if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.
16. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may integrate with or reference third-party services, including gaming, betting, and promotional platforms. When you use the Services, you may be prompted to create an account with one or more third-party service providers. Any such third-party accounts are governed solely by the terms of service and privacy policies of those third-party providers. If you have questions about how a third-party provider uses your data or want to exercise your privacy rights regarding data submitted to a third-party provider, please contact that provider directly. 17. How We Transfer Personal Data Internationally
As of the date this Privacy Policy was last modified, Run Fast Racing only conducts business within the United States and the Services are currently available only within the United States. However, in the event that we share Personal Data with third parties located outside the United States in the future, we will comply with all applicable international laws to safeguard the transfer. We will update this Privacy Policy accordingly if our business operations expand internationally.
18. Data Storage and Security
We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We secure the Personal Data you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. All Personal Data is protected using appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
19. Retention of Personal Data
We retain Personal Data that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements). Your account data and any associated content are retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for account recovery and compliance with legal obligations. Separately, Run Fast Racing retains and owns all rights in and to Usage Data, which may be used for analytics, performance optimization, and improving the Services. When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Data has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Technologies such as cookies may be used by Run Fast Racing and our analytics or service providers (as applicable). Cookies are used to remember you and to collect information about how you interact with the Services. If you have an account with the Services, we may link this usage data with other information. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention obligations.
26. Objection
You can object to our processing of your Personal Data, ask us to restrict processing of your Personal Data or request portability of your Personal Data.
27. Withdraw Consent
If we have collected and processed your Personal Data with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your Personal Data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
28. Complaint
You have the right to raise concerns about our collection and use of your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request by following the instructions within the App or by contacting us at team@runfastracing.com. If you are a California resident, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the California Attorney General's office. Please note that to protect personal information, we may verify your identity by a method appropriate to the type of request you are making. Depending on where you reside, you may be entitled to empower an "authorized agent" to submit requests on your behalf. We will require authorized agents to confirm their identity and authority, in accordance with applicable laws. We will respond to your request to change, correct, or delete your data within a reasonable timeframe and notify you of the action we have taken. In some instances, your rights may be limited, such as where fulfilling your request would impair the rights of others, our ability to provide a service you have requested, or our ability to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our legal rights.
29. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. 30. We Never Sell Personal Data
We will never sell your Personal Data to any third party.
31. Information About Children
The Services are intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18 through the Services. If you believe that we have collected Personal Data about an individual under 18 through the Services, please contact us at team@runfastracing.com so that we may delete the information.
